Step 1:

Apply to the VA-ABA Consortium by May 1, 2013

Step 2:

Wait for notification from the consortium that you are eligible to apply for the summer course

Step 3:

Contact your preferred university partner for application to the graduate program at that insitution and/or specific admission criteria.
