Please do not send texts unless the order confirmation form indicates a need to send texts to an organization.
It is important to identify what is supposed to be in each box by the DRM shipping materials and the staff who assist in processing the order.
Books with order forms in the front cover may be sent through the United Parcel Service Returns on the Web. AIM-VA also welcomes hand delivery of books and order forms.
How do I send materials using the United Parcel Service (UPS) Returns on the Web?
To use the United Postal Service (UPS) Returns on the web, go to http://returns.upsrow.com. The login ID and password are both georgemason. Once you have logged in, complete your mailing address information and indicate the approximate weight of the package. Upon completion, select “submit” to get a mailing label that you will affix to your package of materials. Either use a UPS drop off box or if your school has a regular pick-up and delivery service in place, please leave your package with your school’s mailing services for UPS to pick-up.
Can I schedule a UPS Pick-up?
Do not schedule a pick-up as this creates an unauthorized charge on the AIM-VA account.
Where can I find UPS drop off locations near me?
If your school does not have a regular pick up service with UPS, please search for a drop off location convenient for you on the UPS website, http://www.ups.com/dropoff

Digital Rights Managers have two options for shipping materials to DBVI. Materials may be sent as Free Matter for the Blind or hand delivered to DBVI.
Where do I find detailed information regarding Free Matter for the Blind?

What must be marked on mail to show that it is qualified for mailing free of postage?
In the upper right corner of the address side of the envelope or parcel where the postage would normally be placed, the words “FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND OR HANDICAPPED” must be printed, rubber stamped, or handwritten.
Does the USPS offer tracking of materials sent using Free Matter for the Blind?
No, if you want to track materials you need to make other arrangements with a shipping agent to send materials to DBVI.

Why aren’t books shipped to RFB&D?
After more than thirty years of service, RFB&D has an impressive library of resources and does not need copies of texts for most orders.
