Lab Staff
The assistive technology lab has two personnel positions to support the activities in the lab. The Two positions are listed below with basic descriptions for each.
Lab Manager: Kristine Neuber
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise Technical Support Analysts
- Maintain Schedule
- Oversee the development and design of the stations
- Recommend updates to technology and infrastructure
- Manage support for activities and programs in the lab
Lead Technical Support Analysts:
William Tirado
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of the equipment in the lab
- prepare computer stations for lab activities
- Ensure software and hardware is working properly for classes and other activities in the lab
- Assist students using the computers and equipment in the lab
- Assist instructors teaching in the lab
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- report any technical issues to the lab manager
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- update information on the lab web site
