Lab Staff

The assistive technology lab has two personnel positions to support the activities in the lab. The Two positions are listed below with basic descriptions for each.

Lab Manager: Kristine Neuber

Kristine Neuber
    Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Technical Support Analysts
  • Maintain Schedule
  • Oversee the development and design of the stations
  • Recommend updates to technology and infrastructure
  • Manage support for activities and programs in the lab

Lead Technical Support Analysts:

William Tirado

    Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security of the equipment in the lab
  • prepare computer stations for lab activities
  • Ensure software and hardware is working properly for classes and other activities in the lab
  • Assist students using the computers and equipment in the lab
  • Assist instructors teaching in the lab
  • Troubleshoot technical problems
  • report any technical issues to the lab manager
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • update information on the lab web site
