Helen A. Kellar Institute for Human disAbility - George Mason University
About Us

The Kellar Institute for Human DisAbilities (KIHd) is an interdisciplinary campus-based organization focusing on improving the lives and productivity of children and adults with disabilities. KIHd combines the resources of the university with local, state, regional, national, public, and private sector agencies and organizations to develop products, services, and programs for persons with disabilities.

We launch our inaugural monthly KIHd newsletter. Our newsletter will highlight KIHd people in the news, upcoming events, and faculty, staff, and students’ research, publications, and presentations.

In order to implement this, we are looking to each of you to let us know about the things you do to support individuals with disAbilities! Our hope it that this newsletter will increase our outreach as well as create a platform to promote the work of our faculty, staff, and students.
We appreciate your participation!
